Raiders near trade for QB Matt Flynn

The Oakland Raiders are reportedly on the verge of acquiring a new starting quarterback. CBSSports.com reported Friday night that the Raiders are near completing a trade that would bring former Green Bay Packers passer Matt Flynn south from the Seattle Seahawks. Flynn, 28, signed a lucrative free agent deal to join the Seahawks a year ago.
